I am a fully trained and certified practitioner, operating a private practice in Dunfermline, Fife.

I'm truly passionate about the power of BWRT, Emotional Freedom Technique and Matrix Reimprinting.  

Ever since I experienced it first hand, I just knew I wanted to share these powerful techniques with others.

It really can be life changing to reshape old beliefs that cause negative behaviours and experience a new way of thinking, of being - that's what happened to me.  

No matter who we are in this world, we all experience things like loss, trauma, depression, self doubt, lack of confidence and so this list goes on.  But what most people have yet to discover is that it really doesn't have to be like that forever.

What if there was a way to free your mind, to lift you to a place you have only dreamed about.

As you read this, just try to imagine that feeling.  Imagine no longer being constrained by that fear in your mind, those limiting beliefs that are holding you back from being the very best version of yourself.
